Training test for Recruits
Only 2 Recruiting officers are required to train 2 recruits at a time.
But invite all recruits to do the FFA deathmatch!
Combat skill test
In phase 1, recruits will be tested on their ability to use a variety of weapons. Depending on your role, whichever area of combat you say you specialise in, is what will be focused on the most.

Freemode simulationIn phase 2, recruits will be tested on their ability to withstand their ground while being outnumbered.
Depending on your role, you will be taken to beach terrain, and will be faced up against 2 Raiders ( including myself ), If you are able to take minimal casualties and potential is seen through your combat, then you will have shown a fair level of skill. |
Off radar response
In phase 3, recruits will be taken to a location and will be made to turn off their radar to simulate an off radar attack. The attackers too will have their radar off, and it is the defenders job to eliminate them before you are killed. To do this they must try to blend into their surroundings, camouflage into bushes etc, so that their position is not revealed. This training is used to test tactical awareness and your reaction time when being attacked.

EvasionAs I'm sure you are aware, a lot of the time you may find yourself being killed from a sniper from a far distance, they can see you but you are unable to see them. In this training, you will be shown how to dodge sniper rounds and bullets so that you are able to get to safety as fast as possible. You must zig zag, run in circles and roll to try and dodge the shots, good luck.

FFATo test what you have learnt so far, you will take part in a close quarters deathmatch, which will test your ability of tactical awareness, movement and skill. The pressure will be raised as we are looking for you to finish the FFA with a K/D at either 1.50 or above. If you fail to meet the ratio, you will have to re-do phase 1, where you will learn the skill of when to roll etc. You will then do the deathmatch again until you meet the requirements. A screen shot will be sent to all recruiting officers, and your performance will be spectated by them. Good luck!

Did I Pass or not?Once you have passed all phases of training to a high standard you will be taken through our rules, uniform, etc...at this stage you should know that you have demonstrated your skill and very shortly are you likely to receive an invitation to join the crew.
If you have already taken on training, and have not received an invite within atleast 2 weeks, it is either the officers have not made their decision yet, or that you have not made it..... *Don't worry though, just stay loyal and keep trying, and with practise you can take on training again whenever you want to :) |
